Mailing List Options: Option One: Buy an Address List - Select your location, list size, and target audience, and we'll generate a list of addresses in your area. - For privacy reasons, list details won’t be made public. If you reuse our services within one calendar year, the list will be available again for free. Option Two: Upload Your List - Easily upload contacts from your personal address list using our downloadable mailing list template. - We recommend having your list ready before starting the design process. Option Three: Use a Saved List - If you've used our postcard mailing service before, sign in to use your saved list. - Purchased lists can be reused for one calendar year, while uploaded lists never expire. Note: While we prioritize the durability of your postcards, there’s a chance they may incur damage or smudging during USPS processing. Submit the design request form linked or separately before placing your order. We will confirm your booking upon receipt of your form. To skip the form, select a consultation time, and we’ll handle the rest. Cancellation Policy: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We aim to accommodate changes as needed. Intellectual Property and Design Rights Ownership and Copyright: Final designs are fully owned by the client upon approval. We retain rights to use these designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All designs are protected by copyright laws. Revisions and Upgrades: Service packages include a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions require extra charges or an upgrade to a higher service plan. Client Responsibilities: Respect and Communication: Provide clear project descriptions and timely feedback. Timely Feedback: Delayed feedback can impact timelines.
